100% Cabernet Franc

Method and Maturation:

12 months in 50% New wood, 25 % 2nd fill and 25 % 3rd fill. (100% French oak ). Two rackings during wood maturation. 

Wine Tasting Notes:

Deep red in colour. Cedar and Pomegranate on the nose. Ripe red fruit with mulberry, pomegranate and fynbos on the pallet. Rich smooth mouth feel with a lingering complex finish.

Can be enjoyed now but is anticipated to reach its optimum in 5 - 8 years.
