Wine Description:
This is a lovely crisp wine, with the perfect balance of tartness.
Winemaking Method and Maturation:
Grapes are harvested in the late morning. Higher sugar levels were used for this production to ensure enhanced guava flavours. Only free run juice was selected. The juice had no skin contact, to ensure that it is fresh with no-over ripe characters. The juice was fermented at an average temperature of 15 - 16 degrees to ensure dominant flavours of guava.
Wine Tasting Notes:
This wine displays a charming bouquet with layers of fruit including green apple and citrus, ending with fresh tropical fruit on the aftertaste.
