Grape Varieties:
Chardonnay (100%)
Winemaking Method and Maturation:
Fermented with a portion undergoing malolactic fermentation, then matured in French oak, giving the wine its signature creamy texture layered over bright fruit.
Wine Tasting Notes:
On colour
A pale straw hue.
On the nose
Stone fruit and citrus aromas with tropical notes and a subtle oak spice.
On the palate
Fresh yet layered, with nectarine, pear and lemon zest, rounded out by a creamy texture from partial malolactic fermentation and time in French oak. Notes of oak spice and lemon-pie crust add depth.
