100% Pinot Noir
Traditional methods and a considered lack of intervention allows the Pinot to express itself in the cellar. The wine will stay in the tank for 6-8 weeks and then pressed off into small French oak vats and left to mature for 10 months.
The bouquet is inviting and perfumed with delicate dark red fruits, floral notes and earthy, cinnamon tones. In the mouth, bright red fruits, fresh acidity and sleek, supple tannins complete this soft finessed wine.
